Galileo's Telescope Facts:

Galileo invented what is known as Galileo's telescope and observed several planets in our solar system. Galileo viewed Saturn, Venus, and Jupiter as well as the milky way and other important findings that have contributed significantly to the development of astronomy today.
Galileo recognized that the moon had an uneven surface and compared it to earth.
